By purchasing from us, you agree to the following conditions.

 Prices

●     All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.

●     We reserve the right to adjust prices, misprints, and discontinued products.

🚚 Delivery

●     Wigs (shop items): approx. 28 days

●     Custom-made wigs: approx. 60 days

●     Products in Denmark: 1–3 business days

●     International orders: 3–4 business days

We ship on all business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

📦 Delays & responsibility:

●     We reserve the right for discontinued items or delays from our suppliers.

●     Iconic Hair cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

 Store Pick-up

●     Available at Vesterbrogade 171, 1800 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

●     Orders must be collected within 10 business days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

●     Payment is only charged when the order is collected.

 Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, postal code, or city, please contact us immediately at info@cananacouture.com.

 Cancellation Policy (Forbrugeraftaleloven §§ 18–25)

●     You have 14 days to cancel your purchase.

●     The cancellation period starts on the day you receive your goods.

●     If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

⚠️ Important: You cannot cancel your order by simply refusing delivery. You must notify us and return the goods.

 

📦 Returns

●     Items must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

●     Goods must be in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

●     You may test the item as in a store but not use it.

●     If the item’s value is reduced due to handling, a deduction for depreciation may be made.

●     You are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging.

●     Include the return form with your information.

Refunds

●     Refunds include the purchase price + standard delivery costs (if any).

●     Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving your returned goods.

●     Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

●     Additional costs for upgraded delivery (e.g., express) are not refunded.

Warranty & Complaints (Købeloven §§ 75a–86)

●     You are covered by the 2-year warranty under Danish Sales Law (Købeloven).

●     If you experience a defect or issue, please contact us at info@iconichairlux.com.

●     The item must be returned to:
