Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Iconic Hair, we want you to feel safe and confident when shopping with us. Below you’ll find our policy for order cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
Cancellation Policy
● You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
● The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or another person chosen by you) receive the item.
● If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins once the final item has been received.
● ⚠️ Please note: You cannot cancel your order by refusing delivery or failing to collect your parcel. You must notify us and return the goods.
How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us clearly in writing (e.g., by email) before returning the goods.
Remember to include:
● Your name
● Order number
● Item(s) you are returning
Returns
● Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation.
● All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels still attached.
● You may examine the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used or handled in a way that reduces its value, a deduction may be made from your refund.
● You are responsible for the costs of return shipping and for ensuring the goods are packaged securely.
● Please always enclose the return form with your personal details.

Condition of Returned Goods
To receive a full refund, the returned item must be in the same condition as when received.
● You may try on or carefully examine the product.
● You must not use the product for purposes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the item is returned in a worse condition than necessary for testing, we reserve the right to deduct a value depreciationfrom your refund.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
● If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
● Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item.
● The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Send us an email with your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order. -
Pack securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form with your details. -
